QuoFast ("the app", "we", "us") is a quotation and invoicing tool for small
businesses and contractors, developed by Danny Ng. This policy explains what
information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By
using QuoFast you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and name, provided when you sign in with email, Google, or Apple. If you continue as a guest, no account details are collected until you sign up.
- Business profile — information you enter about your own business, such as business name, logo, address, phone, email, and registration (SSM) number.
- Business records you create — the clients, quotations, invoices, line items, and payment records you add to the app.
- Client details — contact information you choose to save for your clients (name, phone, email, address, tax number).
Device permissions
- Contacts — only accessed when you tap "Add from contacts". We read the single contact you pick to pre-fill a client's name, phone, and email. We do not upload or store your full address book.
- Photos — only accessed when you choose to set a company logo. We use the single image you select.
How we use your information
- To create and sync your quotations, invoices, and reports across your devices.
- To generate PDF documents that you choose to share or print.
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored securely in the cloud using
Supabase,
our database and authentication provider, and is transmitted over encrypted
(HTTPS) connections. Sign-in may be handled by Google or Apple depending on the
method you choose; their handling of your login is governed by their own privacy
policies.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion
of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email
below, and we will remove it.
Children
QuoFast is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by
the "Last updated" date above.
